Your Voice - Helping to Shape the MSAS Service

Our MSAS project is looking for individuals who would like to contribute to how we deliver our services to males, as your voice matters. If you would like to have an input and help shape our service delivery, our consultation process is now open.

To express an interest, please email sarc.msas@mountainhealthcare.co.uk with your name, contact number, and area (Kent, Surrey, or Sussex).

We will then send out invitations to the next meeting.

Feedback

Your feedback is hugely important to us. Your views and opinions help us to shape our service to meet the needs of our service users across Kent, Surrey and Sussex.

If you would like to share any feedback or suggestions with us, please email us at sarc.msas@mountainhealthcare.co.uk.

Alternatively, you can complete our short questionnaire by clicking on one of the buttons below. You have the option to complete the survey online or to download and return via email (or to print, complete and return a paper copy of the survey to the SARC).

Feedback

"Talking to Rob has felt like I am speaking to someone who understands and can empathise with me. Other services I have used in the past have been very bland and not very helpful. I would rate this service 5 out of 5. I feel like Rob isn't pushy or full on. He allows me to control the calls in my own way but equally always has answers for me."

“I cannot thank you enough for the kindness and support you've shown me today, I was initially very nervous and hesitant to take any steps like this, but you've made me feel a lot more comfortable in doing so."
- Male Service User

“Thanks Rob appreciate it, kindness is a rare thing to find in the world its scary to have to ask people for help, in the past I used to think I was coping with not asking, but when u see there’s support for people who have been through things, it’s a comfort to know that you people are out there, much appreciation I have for what you do  :)”
- Male Service User

"He is singing your praises and saying what a massive help you’ve been. ‘His rock’ is how he describes you. Thank you so much for all your support...It sounds like you’ve made a massive impact...I am so glad that things are really improving for him. It’s so nice to hear good positive news. He’s obviously been stuck for so many years."
- Police Officer

"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the support you've given me over the past months. You've been one of the few people I have been able to trust, I won't forget your kindness".
- Male Service User

"He finds talking to you really useful, and says he "feels heard" regarding his experience - something that he doesn't necessarily feel from other support networks "
- Social Worker
